Consulenza uses personal information only for legitimate business, recruitment and service-delivery purposes. We do not sell personal data.

This notice explains how Consulenza L.L.C. (“Consulenza”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings and business relationships. Candidate recruitment data is explained in more detail in our Candidate Data Notice.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact information, including name, company, job title, email address and telephone number.
- Business enquiry, service requirement, correspondence and meeting information.
- Candidate information where you contact us about employment opportunities.
- Limited technical information needed for website security and reliable operation.
Please do not submit passport, Emirates ID, banking, health or other sensitive documents through a general website enquiry.
3. How and why we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide requested recruitment, HR, payroll-support, training, governance or advisory services.
- To communicate, prepare proposals, manage client relationships and administer contracts.
- To protect our website, business and users, comply with applicable law, and establish or defend legal claims.
- To send marketing communications only where permitted and with an available opt-out.
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate business interests where those interests do not override your rights.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We may share relevant information with authorised Consulenza personnel, professional advisers, technology and communications providers, recruitment partners, and clients or prospective employers where appropriate. Because our work can involve UAE, GCC and global markets, information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable contractual and organisational measures appropriate to the transfer and purpose.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No email, internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; therefore, please send sensitive documents only when requested through an appropriate channel.

We may retain information for a shorter or longer period where justified by the purpose, applicable law, contractual obligations or a legal claim. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict, transfer or erase your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Cookies and website technology
This website currently does not use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or paid tracking pixels. It may use strictly necessary technical functions required to display and protect the site. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this notice and an appropriate consent control will be updated before those tools are activated.
9. Third-party services
Links to email, telephone, WhatsApp or third-party websites are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices. Consulenza is not responsible for independent third-party websites.
