This website is operated by Consulenza L.L.C., Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information, not professional advice
Website content is general information about our services and capabilities. It is not legal, immigration, tax, accounting, employment or other regulated professional advice. Obtain advice suited to your circumstances before acting.
3. Recruitment and employment
- Submitting a CV or contacting Consulenza does not create an employment, agency or representation relationship and does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement.
- Vacancies, requirements and timelines may change or be withdrawn by an employer.
- Candidates must provide accurate information and remain responsible for verifying any employment offer and its terms.
- Consulenza does not charge candidates recruitment or placement fees. Report any person claiming to collect such a fee on our behalf.
4. Client services
A website enquiry does not create a binding engagement. Recruitment, consulting, outsourcing, payroll-support, training and advisory work is governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, purchase order or statement of work accepted by the relevant parties.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal data, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use our name, logo or content without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Consulenza name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Consulenza and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce, publish, modify or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
7. Third-party links and communications
The site may open email, telephone, WhatsApp or third-party websites. Those services are independent and subject to their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean Consulenza endorses every third-party statement or service.
8. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item is complete, current or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove content or features when reasonably necessary.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to this website are subject to the courts of Dubai.
